AChallenge The task
The brand needed to connect courses, campuses, stores and support resources into understandable learning and career paths. Prospective students should be able to see their choices and how existing resources support them.
BThinking The key decision
We focused on an integrated school-and-store platform for beauty careers and entrepreneurship. Education and store operations have different growth paths. Explain the routes first, then show the teaching, campus and store resources supporting them.
CDesign Content & visual work
Content addresses school leaders, instructors, store founders and jobseekers, organizing choices, pathways and evidence. The logo combines a medal, phoenix, letter L and OK gesture to suggest achievement and growth. Green and neutral colours carry the identity into guides, badges, signage and outdoor materials.
DApplication Applications & delivery
The project established the school-and-store positioning and the two sets of growth paths, giving recruitment communication a clear order. Logo, colour and campus applications reinforce the direction and provide a foundation for future content and materials.
Strategy explained
- Core challenge
- Separate course, campus and shop introductions make the connection to later development hard to understand.
- Strategic focus
- Use school-store integration to explain learning, practice and different growth pathways.
- Underlying principle
- Turning resources into understandable pathways answers student questions more directly than a list of scale indicators.
