AChallenge The task

Pinyi needed to make material choices and service capabilities visible alongside its patterns, processes and applications. The brand also had to support enquiries, prototypes, sample delivery and bulk orders with clear size, colour, process and material information.

BThinking The key decision

“Zero fluorescence — heat-transfer silicone decorations” provides an entry point, followed by applications in socks, underwear and sportswear. Sample comparisons, material explanations and prototype approvals connect the message to procurement, giving buyers a basis for further discussion.

CDesign Content & visual work

A bold Pinyi wordmark, green zero symbol and fluorescence-free module establish recognition, while category wording states the business directly. Content explains materials, apparel applications and sampling, supported by a six-step process and 15 touchpoints, then extends into brochures and exhibition concepts.

DApplication Applications & delivery

The project developed messaging, logo combinations and a brochure connecting name, material direction and category. The sampling process and touchpoint plan support cards, quotes and sample cards. Exhibition visual concepts carry the direction into in-person introductions and future sales materials.

Strategy explained

Core problem
A broad product range can still look like another supplier. Buyers need a clear starting point and a way to evaluate cooperation.
Strategic direction
Establish the zero-fluorescence heat-transfer trim positioning, then support enquiries with material information, samples, processes and customer touchpoints.
Underlying principle
Brand expression earns consideration; samples and evidence support procurement decisions. The identity should follow the actual cooperation process.
